ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Maison Aphrodite reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or reject any order at our sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product availability
• Pricing errors
• Fraud prevention
• Suspicious activity
• Violation of store policies
• Payment verification issues

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of an order.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Certain Maison Aphrodite collections are produced in limited quantities.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Mediterranean Collection
• Retro Collection
• Capsule Collections
• Seasonal Limited Releases

Once sold out, these products may not be restocked.

Maison Aphrodite reserves the right to discontinue any product, design, collection, color, or style at any time without notice.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours are not guaranteed and may be denied.

Orders that have entered production, fulfillment, packaging, preparation, or shipment processing cannot be cancelled.

The following items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun:

• Handmade dresses
• Made-to-order dresses
• Limited edition products
• Special production items
• Custom-produced garments

Maison Aphrodite reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests outside the permitted cancellation period.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times

Swimwear

Most swimwear orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Dresses

Handmade dresses are individually produced after an order is placed.

Production typically requires 15–30 business days depending on:

• Production workload
• Fabric availability
• Order volume
• Seasonal demand

Production times are estimates only and may vary.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Maison Aphrodite shall not be responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Weather conditions
• Customs inspections
• Customs clearance procedures
• Carrier delays
• Postal service disruptions
• Transportation interruptions
• Natural disasters
• Labor strikes
• Government actions
• International events
• Local delivery delays

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, compensation, or reimbursement.

SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Address changes may be requested only before an order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, transferred to a carrier, or tracking information has been issued, shipping addresses cannot be modified.

Maison Aphrodite is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses
• Missing apartment numbers
• Missing postal codes
• Incomplete addresses
• Customer entry errors

Orders returned due to customer-provided address errors may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

No refunds will be issued for losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS

Maison Aphrodite covers import duties and taxes for most destinations whenever possible.

However, customs regulations vary by country.

Any customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, storage charges, import fees, or governmental charges imposed by local authorities remain the responsibility of the customer.

Customs delays are beyond Maison Aphrodite's control and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

SWIMWEAR POLICY

Due to hygiene, health, and safety regulations, all swimwear sales are final.

This includes:

• Bikinis
• One-piece swimsuits
• Swim dresses
• Tankinis
• Swim sets
• Cover-up sets sold with swimwear

No returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations after shipment, or store credits will be issued for swimwear purchases.

No exceptions will be made for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Travel plans
• Vacation schedules
• Color expectations

Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements and size charts before ordering.

HANDMADE & MADE-TO-ORDER DRESS POLICY

Handmade dresses are individually crafted after purchase.

Because production begins specifically for each customer, all handmade and made-to-order dress sales are final.

These products cannot be:

• Returned
• Refunded
• Exchanged
• Cancelled after production begins
• Converted into store credit

MADE-TO-ORDER SIZING POLICY

Maison Aphrodite dresses are produced according to established design patterns and sizing specifications.

Unless explicitly stated on a product page, custom sizing modifications are not offered.

Made-to-order does not mean custom-sized.

Customers are responsible for:

• Taking accurate measurements
• Reviewing sizing charts
• Selecting the correct size

A garment being too large, too small, tighter, looser, longer, or shorter than expected is not considered a manufacturing defect.

SALE ITEMS & FINAL SALE PRODUCTS

The following items are considered Final Sale:

• Swimwear
• Handmade dresses
• Made-to-order dresses
• Sale items
• Discounted items
• Promotional items
• Clearance items
• Limited edition products
• Archive collections
• Gift cards

Final Sale products are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations outside the cancellation window, or store credit.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

This policy applies only to eligible non-handmade dresses and non-final-sale apparel.

Returns may be accepted if:

• Requested within 14 days of delivery
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of perfume, smoke, makeup, stains, and odors
• Original tags remain attached
• Original packaging is included

Items failing inspection may be refused.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

SIZING RESPONSIBILITY

Size selection is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Maison Aphrodite provides detailed sizing information to assist purchasing decisions.

Refunds and returns will not be approved due to:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Misreading size charts
• Personal fit preferences
• Weight fluctuations
• Body shape changes
• Measurement errors

If a size exchange is approved at our discretion, all associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive:

• A defective item
• A damaged item
• An incorrect item
• An item substantially different from your order

You must contact hello@aphroditemaison.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

• Photos
• Videos
• Packaging images
• Shipping label images

If Maison Aphrodite confirms an error on our part, we will provide an appropriate remedy at our expense.

RETURNS AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENT

All returns require prior written authorization.

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.

ABANDONED PACKAGE POLICY

Packages that are:

• Refused by the recipient
• Returned without authorization
• Abandoned during customs clearance
• Unclaimed from postal facilities
• Returned due to customer address errors
• Returned because delivery was not accepted

shall be considered Abandoned Packages.

Abandoned Packages are not eligible for:

• Refunds
• Exchanges
• Replacements
• Store Credit

Maison Aphrodite is under no obligation to recover, store, reship, or compensate for abandoned merchandise.

FORCE MAJEURE

Maison Aphrodite shall not be liable for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Earthquakes
• Severe weather
• Pandemics
• Government actions
• Customs delays
• Transportation interruptions
• Labor disputes
• Power outages
• International conflicts

Such events do not constitute grounds for refunds, cancellations, compensation, or liability claims.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Aphrodite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from:

• Product use
• Product misuse
• Shipping delays
• Customs delays
• Carrier errors
• Missed vacations
• Missed events
• Missed weddings
• Travel expenses
• Hotel expenses
• Loss of profits
• Scheduling conflicts

Customers are advised to order well in advance of any important event.

Maison Aphrodite does not guarantee delivery by any specific date unless expressly agreed to in writing.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact Maison Aphrodite first to seek resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Maison Aphrodite reserves the right to provide all relevant documentation to payment processors and financial institutions, including:

• Product descriptions
• Tracking information
• Delivery confirmation
• Customer communications
• Store policies
• Evidence of policy acceptance

Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order with Maison Aphrodite, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have reviewed all product descriptions.
• You have reviewed all sizing information.
• You understand production timelines.
• You understand shipping timelines.
• You understand return restrictions.
• You understand cancellation restrictions.
• You understand that swimwear is final sale.
• You understand that handmade and made-to-order dresses are final sale.
• You accept responsibility for size selection.
• You accept responsibility for address accuracy.
• You agree to all Maison Aphrodite policies, terms, and conditions.

Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these policies and forms a binding agreement between the customer and Maison Aphrodite.
