Refund & Return Policy

At Maison Aphrodite, we take great pride in creating luxury swimwear and couture-inspired fashion designed to celebrate the modern goddess. We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and sizing information before placing an order.

By placing an order with Maison Aphrodite, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.

Return Eligibility

Eligible non-final-sale items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Be in its original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Be free from perfume, odors, makeup, stains, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear

  • Include proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error made by Maison Aphrodite.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

For hygiene, safety, and production reasons, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

Swimwear

All swimwear sales are final, including:

  • Bikinis

  • One-piece swimsuits

  • Swim dresses

  • Tankinis

  • Swim sets

  • Swimwear bundles

  • Cover-up sets sold with swimwear

Due to hygiene regulations, no exceptions can be made once swimwear has been delivered.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Dresses

All handmade, made-to-order, and production-made dresses are final sale.

As these garments are individually produced after purchase, they are not eligible for:

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

  • Store credit

Sale & Promotional Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Sale items

  • Clearance items

  • Promotional items

  • Discounted items

  • Limited edition collections

  • Archive collections

  • Gift cards


Size Selection Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size.

Maison Aphrodite provides detailed sizing information to assist customers before purchase.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be granted due to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Misreading measurements

  • Personal fit preferences

  • Weight fluctuations

  • Body shape changes

  • Customer measurement errors

If an exchange is approved at Maison Aphrodite's sole discretion, all associated shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the customer.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may be declined.

Orders that have entered production, processing, fulfillment, packaging, or shipment preparation cannot be cancelled.

Handmade, made-to-order, and custom-produced items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.


Shipping Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Address changes may only be requested before an order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped or tracking information has been issued, shipping addresses cannot be modified.

Maison Aphrodite is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect item

  • An item substantially different from what was ordered

Please contact hello@aphroditemaison.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, packaging images, and shipping label images for verification purposes.

If the issue is determined to be the result of an error by Maison Aphrodite, we will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to the customer.


Refused Deliveries & Abandoned Packages

Packages that are:

  • Refused by the recipient

  • Returned without authorization

  • Abandoned during customs clearance

  • Unclaimed from a postal facility

  • Returned due to customer-provided address errors

shall be considered abandoned merchandise.

Abandoned merchandise is not eligible for:

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

  • Replacements

  • Store credit


European Union Customers

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where applicable, those rights will be honored as required by law.

Please note that certain exemptions may apply to made-to-order, handmade, personalized, hygienic, or sealed products that are not suitable for return once opened or used.


Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, Maison Aphrodite will notify you regarding the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval, plus any additional time required by your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.
